Plots size is limited to 16m squared with a height of 20m. Poly counts can not exceed 10k tris and there is a 20 texture limit. You will be required to add me as an operator of your land which is a contract execution and may involve gas fees to deploy your build and manage the land. If you choose to not add me, you can do this yourself as well with the provided file and just populate the build yourself. In this case you would receive a builder file with the created scene and the building file separate. Links to media may not work due to CORS policies. For a larger build please reach out via email.
